The law of polarity, one of the 12 laws of the universe, and in my heavily debated opinion, are the only laws essential to an ascension of humankind. The law of polarity contains the essence of duality and balance while conjoined with wholeness all the same. If this law was explained as a pendulum, a reflection of experience, your deepest traumas swing to its furthest edges while the source of your greatest joys flows to its opposite field in sweeping motions. In order to attain higher levels of this peaceful contentment, it is necessary to feel its opposite emotion on its opposite swing. The further one travels to its barren edges the further you may fly, soaring in delight, I promise. Given this statement, those who have experienced the deepest of traumas and found inner healing are able to experience life with an even greater sense of joy than those who have not. This is not to say that happiness is only produced from these lower states of being, but the perspectives generated may be that much more potent and grounded in gratitude. A deep journey inward may source an even greater journey outward. A sense of peace may be evoked in the encapsulation of rooting from this darkness as a seed growing in soil to become a beautiful flower. We must nourish ourselves in the cool soiled ground to climb further, knowing this is all a part of the process. An intentional and crucial component of growth. Trauma is truly a gift, allowing us to understand that balance of nature and choose to embody its deepest potential. This law provides an inner knowing of understanding that balance and our ability to play with these energies in our free will. The darkest of moments sheds light upon the ability to produce and evoke the most purest of moments. The most peaceful states of inner being that project onto your external reality. The next time you feel your pendulum swing, allow it. Free fall and surrender to its depths in knowing the law of polarity will shoot you to the stars. Embrace the darkness, and honor the light. This is your life to create, plant your seeds, water them, and let them grow. You know how because you already have.

Couldn’t agree more! I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about this, abstractly. this is a beautiful description and introduction to a law I wasn’t familiar with. Sending love, beautiful Soph - thank you for your work!
